The next step is to have a customised needs assessment carried out for your organisation. This assessment is completed by a change management expert to help you determine and document a sustainable operating model for the future. The assessment will consider your current state, your desired future state, and a plan to achieve this with either your existing or a modified workforce structure.  Within 24 hours you'll know exactly what you need to do to move forward in line with best practice change models.
