Adam has an extensive background in human resource management, employment relations, and operations management in both New Zealand and Australia, providing the bossed team with insightful support.
As an experienced employment relations specialist, Adam is passionate about solving conflict between employers and employees, as professionally and promptly as possible. He has vast experience in representing both employees and employers as they navigate disciplinary issues and employment disputes. His confident and empathetic style is evident as he helps clients put their best foot forward, whether at mediation, through an investigation with the Employment Relations Authority, or even in Employment Court.
Prior to starting bossed, Adam spent over 10 years successfully leading large teams within multi-national retailers. An experienced HR and ER specialist, Adam also has significant expertise in area management and business improvement. Adam’s combination of skills and experience, as well as the fact he has founded and run his own business, gives Adam strong commercial acumen, meaning he can provide valuable insight to bossed employer clients.
Adam regularly advises small, medium, and large organisations, helping to successfully resolve urgent and complex ER matters. In his time as an HR and ER professional he has project-managed over a hundred successful restructures and provided advice and representation through thousands of employment relations matters. Adam is currently based in Auckland but available to help clients throughout the whole of New Zealand.
